With XP Stereo, this is now possible: deep targets sound different from shallow ones, and good targets sound different from iron—all in real time, without looking at the display.

The WSA ST is manufactured in France by XP specifically for our detectors and works either with the DEUS II remote control or with the WS6 Master or WS6-ST Master when the WS6-ST is used as the control unit.

XP’s wireless protocol is approximately ten times faster than low-latency Bluetooth. In the field, this ultra-fast transmission means more precise target pinpointing.

How do I operate the WSA-ST headphones?

Once paired with the remote control or the WS6 Master / WS6-ST Master, they switch on and off automatically (in manual mode, press - to switch the headphones on and +/- to switch them off). If no connection is detected, the headphones switch off after 5 minutes.

The volume can be adjusted either via the remote control (or the WS6 Master / WS6-ST Master) or directly using the +/- buttons on the headphones.

They also feature a 4-band audio equalizer, which can always be adjusted via the remote control (or WS6 Master / WS6-ST Master) to suit your hearing.

Battery level: After the rapid flashes when switching on, the headphones indicate their battery level with 1 to 3 long consecutive flashes, depending on the charge level: 3 flashes indicate a 100% battery level, 2 flashes 60%, and 1 flash 30%.
