When you visit our shop, you will first see the products and prices for end customers. Not all of our products are available to resellers. Only after you have logged in will you see the correct reseller prices and products that can be ordered. We therefore recommend that you always log in first.

If you would like to order an item that is not listed on the page, please feel free to contact us. You can find our contact details at the top of this page. If it is an error, we will add the product immediately. In any case, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We calculate shipping costs based on parcel weight:

Germany
Size M (up to 10kg): 8€
Size L (up to 20kg): 12€
Size XL (up to 31.5kg): 14€

Austria
13 € + 0.70€/kg

Switzerland:
22 € + 0.90€/kg

Customs declarations are charged at 45€.

For orders with a value of 3000€ or more, transport insurance will also be charged.

You will find all shipping costs on your invoice.

When you place an order, you will first receive an order confirmation. As soon as parts of the order are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice including shipping costs. This can take 1-2 days. Products that are not in stock will be backordered and delivered when they are back in stock.

IMPORTANT: The final costs may differ from the costs displayed in the webshop. We will inform you about price changes before shipping the order. Delivery costs will be added without further notice.

Yes, you can also order items that are out of stock. These will then be back-ordered and shipped as soon as they are back in stock. The same happens if you order a larger quantity than we have in stock.

You can find product and lifestyle images that you can use in our media portal. Product pages may contain images that are not approved for dealers, so you may only use images from the media portal.

Product texts, especially descriptions, may not be adopted 1:1. We ask you to create your own texts. We are happy to support you and provide manufacturer texts.
