The Ace 300i metal detector incorporates the latest Garrett technology. This device is ideal for searching for coins, relics, jewelry, and all kinds of treasures. It features improved iron discrimination, manual ground balance, graphic object analysis, one-touch operation, iron tones, pinpoint function, and accurate object identification through conductivity values. The Garrett Ace offers excellent value for money. For example, this digital Garrett Ace 300i metal detector has an 8 kHz search frequency and five search modes for jewelry, coins, relics, or all metals. You also have the option to create your own custom search mode. The display shows object identification (metal type recognition) and depth range in cm. Unwanted iron objects like nails can be easily excluded from your search process. The Ace 300i features an extra strong Camlock handle for stable and comfortable search movements.


Higher search frequency for more sensitivity
With its 8 kHz, the Ace 300i has a higher search frequency than previous Ace models (6.5 KHZ-Ace 150, Ace 250, Euro Ace, and Ace 200i). The advantage of this 8 kHz search frequency is improved sensitivity to objects with low to medium conductivity, such as gold or lead.

Numeric Object Identification (1-99)
The Ace 300i metal detector features both segment identification and numeric object identification (1-99). As soon as the metal detector detects an object, a sound is heard, and a number appears in the center of the display. This "conductivity value" allows conclusions about the type of metal. (For example, number 76 Euro coin, number 20 iron). This way, you can learn the conductivity values to identify metal objects before digging. To make it even easier, a block simultaneously appears below the segment bar at the top of the display. This tells you the type of metal, or what the object might be (e.g., iron). In addition, the Ace 300i has 3 different audio tones. A low tone for iron, a medium tone for gold and other items, and a high tone for silver.

Sensitivity and Discrimination
You can adjust the sensitivity yourself, which allows you to achieve greater depth performance. Discrimination is also adjustable. With the very accurate discrimination of the Ace 300i, you can easily exclude unwanted objects, especially iron objects.

Pinpoint Function
The Garrett Ace 300i has an extra Pinpoint function. This is a function for precise location of objects. This allows you to determine the position of the object more accurately, thus reducing the effort required to excavate the object.

Notch Function
The Notch function offers you the possibility to discriminate very precisely. This allows you to manually discriminate entire conductivity value ranges, i.e., exclude them from the search.

Frequency Switch
To prevent interference from other metal detectors and electronics, the Ace 300i is equipped with a frequency switch. If your detector is interfered with by other detectors, you can change the frequency channel.

Waterproof Search Coil
The Ace 300i features a waterproof search coil, but only the display is not waterproof. So you can use the detector in shallow water as long as the display does not get wet. You should also protect your display with electronics protection during a rain shower.

Response Speed
This metal detector is characterized primarily by its depth range and fast response speed. The latter is especially important when several objects are located directly next to each other. Most metal detectors only give you one signal. With the Ace 300i, you will notice that you can hear and see that there are multiple objects.

With the powerful elliptical and waterproof 17 x 25 cm (7 x 10 inch) search coil, you achieve a good depth range. Up to 30 cm for coin-sized objects, and up to 1 m for large objects.
