Description

This is a return item, which is used and therefore shows signs of wear. Otherwise, the device is in good condition and fully functional. 2 years warranty.

The Ace 250 metal detector is ideal for searching for coins, relics, jewelry, and all kinds of treasures. This device features very good iron discrimination, manual ground balance, object identification, one-touch operation, iron tones, and a pinpoint function. The price-performance ratio of the Garrett Ace is excellent. For example, this digital Garrett Ace 250 metal detector has a 6.5 kHz search frequency and five search modes for jewelry, coins, relics, or all metals. You also have the option to create your own search. Object identification (metal type recognition) and the depth range in cm can be read on the display. Unwanted iron objects like nails can be easily excluded from your search process.

Object Identification
The Ace 250 metal detector features identification by segments. As soon as the metal detector detects an object, a sound is heard, and a block appears simultaneously under the segment bar at the top of the display. This tells you the type of metal, or what the object might be (e.g., iron). In addition, the Ace 250 has 3 different audio tones. A low tone indicates iron, a medium tone applies to gold and other items, for example, and a high tone indicates silver or other metals with high conductivity.

Sensitivity and Discrimination
You can adjust the sensitivity yourself, which allows you to achieve greater depth performance. Discrimination is also adjustable. With the very accurate discrimination of the Ace 250, you can easily exclude unwanted objects, especially iron objects.

Pinpoint Function
The Garrett Ace 250 has a pinpoint function as an extra. This is a function for precise object location. This allows you to more accurately determine the position of the object, thus reducing the effort involved in excavating the object.

Notch Function
The notch function offers you the possibility to discriminate very precisely. This allows you to manually discriminate entire conductivity ranges, i.e., exclude them from the search.

Waterproof Search Coil
The Ace 250 has a waterproof search coil; only the display is not waterproof. So you can use the detector in shallow water as long as the display doesn't get wet. You should also protect your display with electronic protection during a rain shower.

Response Speed
This metal detector is characterized above all by its depth range and its fast response speed. The latter is particularly important when several objects are lying directly next to each other. Most metal detectors only give you one signal. With the Ace 250, you will notice that it is audible and visible that there are multiple objects.

Good Depth Performance
With the powerful elliptical and waterproof 17 x 25 cm search coil (7 x 10 inches), you achieve a good depth range. Up to 25 cm for coin-sized objects, and up to 1 m for large objects.
