GeoSeeker Mini – Water Detector & Cavity Detector up to 100 Meters Deep
The GeoSeeker Mini is a powerful water and cavity detector based on the geoelectric measurement method according to the Schlumberger principle – just like its big brother, the GeoSeeker. This method enables the precise determination of ground resistance, allowing underground water deposits and hidden cavities to be reliably located.
Water and Cavity Detection in One Device
Since underground water has high electrical conductivity, the GeoSeeker Mini can precisely locate water deposits such as groundwater, drinking water, and water-bearing gravel layers. At the same time, the device also allows the location of cavities such as caves, tunnels, and underground chambers, as these have significantly poorer conductivity compared to water-bearing layers.
Easy Operation via Touchscreen
The GeoSeeker Mini is controlled intuitively via a touchscreen. After selecting the desired measurement depth and the number of measurement points, easy-to-understand graphical instructions guide the user through the measurement process. Thanks to the symbol-based user interface, the device is language-independent and can be used worldwide.
Visualization of Measurement Results in 2D Diagrams
After the measurement is completed, the collected data is displayed in a multicolored 2D diagram. A legend with pictograms facilitates the interpretation of the results:
-Blue color areas with water drops indicate detected water deposits.
-Red color areas with a tunnel symbol mark discovered cavities.
Depending on the selected measurement depth, water deposits and cavities can be detected up to 100 meters (328 ft) below the surface. The level of detail in the display depends on the selected measurement size, with the results being prepared in multiple columns with corresponding depth indications.
Using the touchscreen buttons, the user can switch between different display modes to filter the results specifically for water or cavities.
