This Kapaan land and underwater finds pouch was developed according to the wishes of many metal detector hobbyists!
Finds pouches without mesh fill up with water and sand also remains in them. For this reason, you will soon have a heavy finds pouch. The Kapaan finds pouch is equipped with strong mesh fabric so that water and sand do not remain in the finds pouch, and it therefore remains super light. Also ideal for use on the beach!
Finds pouches, both for land and underwater use, often continuously move back and forth, which can be perceived as a great irritation. Especially in the water, when you are scooping with the sand scoop and the finds pouch is moving back and forth... The Kapaan finds pouch also offers a solution for this. Since the finds pouch has the shape of a harness, it sits snugly against your chest and remains in position during the search and does not move forward during scooping.
Many finds pouches are worn on the hip; if you also want to search in the water, this is inconvenient, as the finds pouch is then underwater... When opening the finds pouch underwater, the finds can fly out, with all the associated risks. Furthermore, you do not have a view of the finds pouch, and opening the finds pouch is a challenge in itself. Kapaan has therefore opted for a finds pouch at chest height. Even if you go deeper into the water, you will have a view of your finds pouch, you can easily open it, and you will not lose your finds.
When searching on the beach or underwater, in addition to beautiful finds, you also find a lot of waste objects such as beverage cans, etc. These are bad for the environment but are thrown back into the sea by many detectorists because they simply do not fit in their finds pouch. Kapaan also offers the solution for this. You can now easily attach the supplied waste net to the Kapaan finds pouch and take these waste objects with you. In this way, you also contribute a little to the environment. The waste net can be worn on the left side for left-handers and on the right side for right-handers. The waste net is large enough to store several beverage cans and other waste items and can be easily closed with the cord.
