Description

The Rayfinder is a digital long-range antenna that allows you to scan an area, similar to a normal divining rod.

With the Rayfinder, you can, for example, scan a field of about 300 meters in length for your desired target objects to see if they are present there! The maximum range is about 2100 meters. The maximum depth range of the Rayfinder long-range antenna is about 8 meters. The scan range & depth depend on:

  • The type and size of the object
  • Soil conditions and mineralization
  • Weather conditions (humidity, dryness, etc.) To reiterate, in dry conditions, you will get different results than in very high humidity or moist soil!

Soil conditions are also very crucial for depth performance; in highly mineralized soils, you will achieve less penetration depth than, for example, in sand or forest soils. An object the size of a coin can be located up to a depth of approx. 70cm, and large objects up to several meters deep. As mentioned, all under optimal conditions!

The Rayfinder is equipped with various programs. With the Rayfinder, you can detect the following: diamonds, gold, silver, copper, bronze, lead, aluminum, water, iron, cavities, or underground structures can also be detected. However, you can always use only one program, for example, for searching for gold. For a further search for a cavity, you have to scan the area separately again, and so on...

We recommend watching the video to understand exactly how this device works and operates. The video is in English but easy to understand!

The device is very simple and actually self-explanatory to use. Programming is very easy to operate via the four-button menu, and you can immediately follow your entries on the menu screen.

The Rayfinder is often used for diamond prospecting in African countries such as Angola and Somalia. In Turkey, Greece, Portugal, and other countries, the device is often used to search for partisan gold or other artifacts! Treasure hunters also like to use the Rayfinder for searching in rough terrain or for hidden or buried treasures or family treasures.

This device is usually used when one knows that someone has buried something but doesn't know exactly where it was buried? For this, this device is an invaluable aid and often leads to success very quickly. This is also very time-saving, especially if it is a very large area of sometimes several hundred meters or even kilometers.

The Rayfinder control unit is first connected to the transmitting rods, then they are inserted into the ground and set to the desired material/object being searched for. The device then sends the appropriately set frequencies into the ground. The antennas are connected to the receiving part and only react when the corresponding object responds to the emitted frequencies/waves.

Why is that???
Well, it's quite simple to explain in principle: every material has a different conductivity value and is also composed of different atoms, so each material also has a different frequency with which it reacts. The Rayfinder takes advantage of this and is therefore so effective. Metal detectors work on a similar principle, as metals are measurable according to the conductivity principle.

The Rayfinder has a crucial advantage over a metal detector, because depending on the set frequency, all unwanted material is completely ignored. By the way, in addition to diamonds, the Rayfinder also reacts to other gemstones in the diamond program!

*It is recommended to use the device only in open terrain. This is because electronic lines (including overhead lines), radio frequencies, etc., can cause interference.
It cannot be ruled out that the device will function perfectly with too many possible sources of interference. Therefore, the best results can only be achieved in fields or landscapes where there are hardly any power lines or other sources of interference!
