Description

The X-Finder long-range detector is a digital, ionic long-range locator with ground balance function. It offers a choice of 10 factory-set metal frequency modes and a free custom mode for scanning other frequencies.

The Gold X-Finder detects not only gold, but also silver, iron, lead, aluminum, copper, bronze, diamonds, water, and cavities. Additionally, there is a user mode where the frequency can be manually adjusted to scan for other elements or to experiment with metal alloys. The selected frequency is shown on the LCD display; it is not locked and can be changed in any mode to obtain an accurate and precise location. For example, use your gold alloy sample target as "bait" and cycle through the frequencies until the X-Finder only reacts to your target. These user frequency settings are automatically stored in memory. The detection range and depth are also adjustable. Depending on the target size, ranges from 300 to 2500 m and depths of up to 6 m are possible.
The X-Finder is extremely user-friendly, with the screen providing visual feedback for all selections. The X-Finder consists of the main unit, the antenna, and the handle, which can be assembled in a few seconds and stored in a carrying case with foam inserts for all detector parts. Power is automatically turned on when the handle is attached. It is a very light and sensitive gold detector, as the movable part that captures the target signal and locks onto its direction is only the antenna and not, as with competitor devices, the heavier main unit. The main unit also has an audible alarm indicator. To avoid false signals due to ground mineralization, the X-Finder has an automatic ground balance function. As soon as the detector is switched on, the X-Finder analyzes the ground mineralization on site and filters it out during the search.
