The Garrett Recon-Pro AML1000 mine detector features advanced pulse induction technology and is suitable for all types of terrain. It has very good search depth, and thanks to the 20 cm search coil, buried objects can be located very precisely. Its compact, waterproof, and robust design ensures that it is both easy to transport and reliable, and can withstand a lot.
Versatile
The Recon-Pro is versatile, very robust, and waterproof up to 3 meters underwater. This makes it suitable for searching in the rain, on the bank, in the water, and even underwater down to a depth of 3 meters. It is also quite easy to perform ground balancing, which ignores disturbing ground minerals, making this device very suitable for searching in highly mineralized soils. Furthermore, it offers excellent sensitivity for small objects, even in difficult soil conditions.

Sensitivity Adjustment

Audio Identification
Detected metallic objects produce a low tone for most ferrous objects and a high tone for most non-ferrous objects.
RFI Interference Suppression
At the push of a button, interference from RFI sources is automatically scanned and eliminated. This ensures optimal operation with minimal interference during the search.
Detection Signals
The Recon-Pro alerts to objects under the search coil through speaker tones and illuminated LEDs. You can also connect headphones to the detector and operate it with or without the speaker.
Adjustable Threshold / Background Tone
It features an adjustable threshold or background tone to improve detection performance.
