Description
The Fisher Gold Bug PRO CC African Edition is a powerful yet easy-to-use metal detector for gold, coin, and relic hunting.
Thanks to its high operating frequency of 19 kHz, it is particularly sensitive to small, low-conductivity metal objects such as gold nuggets, small coins, and jewelry. At the same time, its stable signal processing produces clear, easily recognizable target signals.
A special advantage of this version: Two DD search coils are included. This allows the Gold Bug PRO to be optimally adapted to different search conditions.
Two search coils for maximum flexibility
The small 13 cm (5") DD search coil is excellent for finding small gold nuggets and provides very good target separation in heavily littered or iron-rich ground. Especially in areas with many closely spaced metal objects, interesting finds can be more easily distinguished from unwanted signals.
The larger 25 cm (10") search coil provides greater ground coverage and is ideal when searching larger areas or when extra depth is needed.
19 kHz – ideal for gold and small coins
With its 19 kHz operating frequency, the Fisher Gold Bug PRO was developed especially for small, low-conductivity targets. This makes it suitable not only for traditional gold prospecting, but also, for example, for searching for small ancient coins and fine jewelry.
The conductivity display from 0 to 99 helps assess the detected object. In addition, the signal strength display and VCO tone provide further information about the target and its position in the ground.
Automatic ground balancing and stable operation
The Fisher Gold Bug PRO adapts to different ground conditions while searching. Ground balancing supports stable operation even in mineralized soil and helps reduce interference from the ground.
The easy-to-understand controls let you quickly adjust sensitivity and iron discrimination. All-Metal mode prioritizes maximum sensitivity, while Discrimination mode helps filter out unwanted metal objects.
Easy to use and easy to transport
Despite its high performance, the Gold Bug PRO remains easy to operate. Switch it on, set the desired sensitivity, and start searching.
The 3-piece shaft can be easily disassembled for transport and storage. It is powered by a standard 9-volt battery, so no special batteries or chargers are needed.
