The ICON models are available in different versions – depending on the set, with or without XP wireless headphones. If you already own suitable XP headphones, the version without headphones may be a good option. If you want a completely wireless setup, a set with wireless headphones is the better choice. How much do the different XP ICON models cost?
The XP ICON starts at €499 and the XP ICON X at €599, each in the basic configuration without headphones. Sets with the WSA ST headphones are €599 (ICON) and €699 (ICON X) respectively, while the high-end versions with the WSA XL ST headphones are available for €649 and €749.
When will the XP ICON series be available?
The official delivery of the first batches of devices in Germany is announced for the end of May 2026. Pre-orders will be processed according to the order date.
What is included with XP ICON detectors?
The standard configuration includes the ICON remote control, a 28 cm FMF search coil with coil cover, the S-telescopic shaft (carbon for the ICON X), a charging cable, and a quick start guide. Headphones are included optionally depending on the chosen set.
What warranty does XP offer on the ICON series?
XP provides a comprehensive 5-year warranty on labor and parts. In addition, the series carries the Longtime® label, which stands for high reparability and longevity.
Optionally, a 5-year warranty extension will be available, as with the Deus 2.
Is the XP ICON compatible with my existing XP accessories?
Yes, the ICON series is fully integrated into the XP ecosystem. You can use all DEUS II FMF coils, the MI-6 pinpointer, all WS headphones, and the XP Go Terrain App with the devices.
