We are pleased to announce that our new dealer portal is ready. From now on, as a dealer, you will place orders directly via our website. With the new portal, you will benefit from a number of improvements: · Intuitive and simple: Order like in a regular webshop.
· Dealer prices: See tiered dealer prices and discounts directly on the product page.
· Stock level: See directly which products are in stock.
· News: In the portal, you will always find the latest news on products, offers, or deliveries.
How to register on our website: · Open www.idc-detektor.de (Please note: You will only see dealer prices and available dealer products if you are logged in as a dealer on our website. Without logging in, you will see end-customer prices).
· Click on the account icon in the top right (next to the search bar).
o – mobile: Open the menu and click on "Account".
· Enter your email address. An account with your email and address has already been created.
· You will receive a code via email, which you can use to log in.
· You will then be automatically redirected to the dealer portal homepage.
· Only when logged in will you see dealer prices without VAT on the product pages.
Ordering in the Dealer Portal The dealer portal can also be accessed at any time via www.idc-detektor.de/pages/haendler or in the footer under "Händlerportal" (Dealer Portal). There, you will find the most important dealer information at a glance. You can then shop as in any webshop via the menu at the top. Additionally, a faster ordering option is available: the quick order form. You can access the form via the dealer portal homepage. There, you can quickly search for items and add them to your shopping cart without having to open individual product pages. Marketing Material & Instructions Product instructions can be found either directly on the respective product page under "Documents" or in our marketing portal. The link to the marketing portal can also be found on the dealer portal homepage or here: To the marketing portal The password for login is: idcmarketing There you will also find high-resolution product and lifestyle images that you can use for your shop. Please use only images from the portal and do not download images directly from idc-detektor.de. Furthermore, we ask you not to copy our product texts (e.g., descriptions) 1:1, but to create your own texts. News & FAQ in the Dealer Portal On the homepage of the dealer portal you will also find: · The price list as a downloadable PDF,
· a "News" section where we inform you about news such as new products, inventory changes, etc., as well as
· an FAQ section that answers the most important questions.
Stock, Backorders & Partial Deliveries · If an item is out of stock, it will be marked accordingly on the product page. You can still order the item; shipping will occur as soon as it is back in stock.
· You can generally order any desired quantity of an item. If you order more than is currently available, we will first ship the available quantity. The remainder will automatically be transferred to a separate backorder and delivered as soon as the item is available again. The quantity discounts from the original order will, of course, be retained.
Dealer Discounts / Tiered Pricing Below the "Add to Cart" button on a product page, you will find the tiered dealer discounts. Example: A product has a 25% discount – from 15 units, you might receive a 30% discount. There is no minimum order quantity. Brand-specific regulations for dealer margins: · Increased dealer margin – Nokta & Quest: To reach tier 15+ and thus an increased dealer margin, different models from the brands Nokta and Quest can be combined. The total quantity must be at least 15 metal detectors.
· Maximum dealer margin – XP: For the XP brand, three identical or three different metal detectors can be ordered to achieve the maximum dealer margin.
Order Confirmation, Prices & Shipping After completing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation. Please note: The prices on the website and in the order confirmation are subject to change. Should an incorrect price display occur due to a technical error, we will inform you before processing the order. We will then process your order and ship the items that are in stock. You will receive: · an order confirmation with the specific items shipped, as well as
· separately, the invoice including shipping costs and any other fees (each only for the items actually shipped).
Shipping costs per package (weight-based): Weight – Price up to 10 kg – €8 up to 20 kg – €12 up to 31.5 kg – €14 We offer various shipping providers: DHL, GLS, and FedEx. Upon request, you can select one of these providers (please specify in the comment field when ordering; normally, we ship with DHL). Additionally, we offer express shipping at an extra charge; the amount of the surcharge depends on the weight. Dropshipping / Alternative Delivery Address You can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process (dropshipping). In this case, we charge a dropshipping fee of €6. Order Notes At checkout, you can leave an order note if you wish to provide us with additional information regarding your order. Contact & Missing Products You can contact us at any time via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Contact details can be found on the dealer portal homepage. If you wish to order a product that is not listed on the website, please contact us. If a product is missing, we will add it immediately. Price Inquiries & Service · For dealer orders of 50+ units of a model, you can request an individual price. Please send your inquiry via email to info@idc-detektor.de
· Technical service: For products of the brands Nokta, Quest and XP, IDC International Detector Center is the official technical service center. This means that your (customer) repairs will be processed directly by us in Germany.
· Upon request, we are happy to support you with marketing and promotional activities. For your showroom or retail store, we provide – subject to availability – promotional materials as well as prices for events, trade fairs, and rallies.
· Orders are now accepted exclusively via the website, no longer via the old portal or by email or Whatsapp.
